  “Lived here for over 7 years. Repairs are prioritized on empty rentals first. Several of us existing tenants had to send certified letters for repairs and withhold rent until repairs were competed. Glad to be moving out. Steer clear from renting anything here because the owners are slumlords although they gross over $40k per month from these units. Have had several roof leaks over the years and not one had been treated for mold. Can't imagine how much black mold there is throughout this unit.”
